We Need a People’s Solution to Federal & State Health Care Cuts

California, and the nation, is at a crossroads.

Today, the House passed Trump’s inhumane One Big Beautiful Bill Act, a handout to billionaires that guts Medicaid, kicks an estimated 11 million people off their health care, and will shut down rural hospitals and clinics across the country. Here in California, Medi-Cal cuts that were negotiated between the state legislature and Governor Newsom will hit low-income Californians even harder than Trump’s plan.
